Neuschwanstein Castle

The picture above was taken from a bridge afar from the castle. Do not get overwhelmed by distances. The bridge is very close from the bus stop. The castle is a quite a walk, but take it as a stroll up and down the panoramic views. There is a two-hour wait to get inside it.  To kill time, there are plenty of spots to take photo shots of the castle from the outside. There are also two more other castles you can spot around the area.

  1. Your photographs are simply gorgeous. I have a figurine of this marvelous castle by Lenox. Neuschwanstein Castle is so worthy of recognition, I think the media of capture is irrelevant. It’s always a treat to view.

    • Thanks for the comment.
I actually got curious about King and Queens only last year. It was after seeing Tudors. Ever since then, I start watching history movies. I think the next time I travel to see castles et. al. I’d pay more attention to the stories.

  2. Oh, I would absolutely LOVE to live in a castle like that! What a stunning photo rommel. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

  3. Like others have commented – its a beautiful castle and a must see on the way through and in Germany. I’d love to just do a German tour of castles (maybe Scotland and Ireland too).

Don't be shy to say hi.
